It is reported that the notice lists four behaviors that can be identified as serious dishonesty in the field of Internet information services:
1. Being subjected to the administrative penalty of closing the website, revoking the relevant business license or revoking the business license, revoking the license or canceling the filing by the Internet information and content management department alone or jointly with the relevant departments due to violation of the laws and regulations related to Internet information content management;
2. In case of violation of relevant laws and regulations on Internet information content management, being imposed administrative punishment other than the first item above by the Internet Information Department alone or jointly with relevant departments, and refusing to perform or failing to perform as required within the time limit;
3. Fabricating, publishing and disseminating information that violates social morality, business ethics and good faith through the network, or deliberately providing technical, equipment support or other services for fabricating, publishing and disseminating information that violates social morality, business ethics and good faith, seriously undermining the communication order in the network space and damaging the social public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of the people, Causing adverse social impact;
4. Other serious breach of trust in violation of laws and administrative regulations.
These four behaviors can be included in the blacklist of serious dishonest subjects of Internet information services. The online credit department will sign a joint disciplinary cooperation memorandum with relevant departments in accordance with the relevant provisions on the construction of the social credit system, and implement disciplinary measures such as restrictions on Internet information services, online behavior restrictions and industry entry prohibition for the "dishonest subjects" included in the dishonest blacklist in accordance with the law and regulations.
