At about 4:00 on the 25th, a woman and a 7-year-old boy fell into the river from the Binzhou railway bridge in Harbin. According to the environmental sanitation workers, it was a fisherman who heard the sound of someone falling into the water. Because the place falling into the water was 50 or 60 meters away from the shore, everyone had to call the fishing boat for help and call the police.
After receiving the alarm, the police of the water branch quickly drove a speedboat to pick up the two people floating on the river and bring them back to the shore. The two were tied together. Unfortunately, the first responders confirmed that they had died.
