1、 Military service registration
The military service registration website is the national conscription website: http://www.gfbzb.gov.cn. According to the notice of the conscription office of the Ministry of national defense, this year's military service registration will begin on January 10, 2019 and be completed before June 30. Male residents who have reached the age of 18 before December 31, 2019 must join the military service registration. The registration of the military service department by the township authorities before December 31, 2019 will replace the registered youth of the right age. The young people of the right age should contact the Armed Forces Department of the Township Department where the registered residence is located, adjust the mobile phone number and the password for the landing, and complete the military service certificate before June 30th.
According to the provisions of the military service law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on conscription work, if a male citizen of school age refuses or evades military service registration, or if a government organ, organization, enterprise or institution obstructs a citizen from performing military service registration or has acts that hinder military service work, the conscription office of the local people's Government shall, in accordance with the military service law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on conscription work If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. Any male youth aged 18-22 who fails to participate in military service registration as required will be affected by participating in the recruitment examination of civil servants, public institutions, state-owned enterprises and colleges and universities.
2、 Conscription of conscripts
1. Political conditions. Love the Communist Party of China, the socialist motherland, the people's army, abide by discipline and law, have good moral character, and volunteer to fight bravely for the peaceful labor of resisting aggression, defending the motherland and the people. According to the regulations on political assessment of conscription implemented on July 1, 2014, the political assessment is qualified.
2. Age conditions. Male soldiers are recruited from young people (including college students) who have graduated from high school (including technical secondary school, vocational high school and technical school) and above, and are at least 17 to 22 years old; College graduates with college degree or above, aged 17 to 24; Graduated from junior high school, young people with educational level, aged 18 to 20. 3. Physical condition. It complies with the standards for physical examination of enlisted citizens issued by the Ministry of national defense and relevant regulations. Including: ① height: more than 1.6m for men and more than 1.58M for women; ② Weight, standard weight = (height - 110) kg, in which the male does not exceed the standard weight by 30%, not lower than the standard weight by 15%, and the female does not exceed the standard weight by 20%, not lower than the standard weight by 15%; ③ Visual acuity: no less than 4.6 in the right eye and no less than 4.5 in the left eye; (4) in internal medicine, HBsAg is negative, blood pressure systolic pressure is 90-140 mmHg, diastolic pressure is 60-90 mmHg, heart rate is 60-100 times per minute.
Online registration (last year to August 5th, website: http//www.gfbzb.gov.cn), the young people should be enrolled in the national recruitment network or from the China militia official account to be recruited in the national recruitment network, and be recruited to Ningdu county or to the county recruitment office. （3） Preferential policies for enlistment of College Students
1. Treatment during the recruitment period. College students (including freshmen) enjoy the "four priorities" policy of giving priority to registration and recruitment, giving priority to physical examination and political examination, giving priority to examination and approval, and giving priority to arranging the whereabouts. All qualified soldiers are selected as soon as they arrive, not as single subjects.
2. Treatment during service. ① You can apply for military academy. Students can apply for military colleges and universities, and college graduates can take the undergraduate level examination and be admitted as officers after graduation. ② You can walk to school. Party members who have served as squad leaders for more than one year, have achieved third class merit or second class merit or above for two consecutive years, and have been rated as advanced individuals or advanced models of military units by theater level units, or have won more than the fourth prize for military scientific and technological progress, can be escorted to military academies and become officers after graduation. ③ You can dry it directly. Graduates under the age of 26 who meet the relevant conditions can be promoted. ④ Give priority to non commissioned officers. College graduates can give priority to non commissioned officers. In case of reform (transfer), they shall be regarded as military service during their university study. ⑤ Enjoy tuition compensation. No more than 8000 yuan per student per year for this (College) and no more than 12000 yuan per graduate student. ⑥ Raise the standard of preferential treatment. The soldiers of university students and college and undergraduate graduates increased by 10%, 20% and 30% respectively compared with soldiers with other academic qualifications. ⑦ Troops are paid allowances. During the period of conscripts, the army will pay a monthly allowance, including 1000 yuan per month in the first year of enlistment.
3. Retirement benefits. ① Preferential treatment for job placement. For retired college graduates, institutions in Jiangxi Province take out a certain number of posts for special recruitment every year. Political and legal police recruitment plans take out about 20%. Those who have served for more than 5 years also share the recruitment indicators of civil servants serving grass-roots project personnel. During their service, they are regarded as work experience. Within one year after retirement, they are recommended for employment as fresh graduates of that year, and those who have served for more than 12 years are arranged by the government. In February 2019, the opinions on the implementation of public recruitment of retired college graduates soldiers by public institutions in Jiangxi Province made it clear that in the annual public recruitment of public institutions, relevant units directly under the provincial government and all districts, cities and counties (cities and districts) will take out a certain number of posts to recruit retired college graduates soldiers according to the situation of retired college graduates soldiers in their own regions. ② Postgraduate entrance examination is preferred. The country arranges a separate enrollment plan for 5000 postgraduates every year, and those who win the second-class merit or above can be exempted from the preliminary examination; 10 points will be added to the initial postgraduate entrance examination within 3 years after graduation, and priority will be given to admission under the same conditions. ③ Promotion and return to school discount. （4） Arrangements for conscription of conscripts

3、 Straight recruit Sergeant
Education requirements fresh graduates or previous graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, and their majors meet the professional needs of the Army (for specific majors, consult the county conscription office or university conscription workstation). Among them, men shall not be more than 24 years old (calculated on July 31 of the current year, the same below), and women shall not be more than 23 years old.
Online registration is implemented for the recruitment procedure of directly recruited non commissioned officers. As of July 5, you can also register at the county-level conscription office. After successful registration, download and print the registration form for the pre enlisted objects of directly recruited non commissioned officers, the examination form for the academic qualifications of directly recruited non commissioned officers and the political assessment form for directly recruited non commissioned officers. Participate in the physical examination and political assessment according to the notice of the military service organ. The double qualified persons sign the agreement for recruiting non commissioned officers, and the military service customs will select the best soldiers. After publicity, go through the enlistment procedures in early August.
For directly recruited non commissioned officers, in addition to enjoying the same policies as conscripts, such as junior college promotion, escort to school, direct promotion, tuition compensation and compensation, and policies related to retired employment and government resettlement, they receive wages from the issuance of non commissioned officers' orders. Undergraduate graduates are set as the third year of corporal and college graduates as the second year of corporal; The government arranges work for those who have served for more than 12 years, and those who have not served for less than 12 years enjoy the retirement resettlement policy for college graduates and conscripts.
4、 Procedures for retaining student status of Freshmen in Colleges and Universities
Ordinary institutions of higher learning that are conscripted into the army may apply for retaining their admission qualifications. Specific handling procedures:
（1） Individuals fill in the application form
The freshmen themselves hold the college admission notice, ID card (residence booklet) and high school education graduation certificate to the recruitment office (military service station) of the county people's government and fill in the application form for retaining admission qualification in duplicate. If the freshman himself is unable to go to handle it for some reason, he may entrust another person to handle it on his behalf with the above supporting materials and the client's ID card.
The county conscription office shall affix the official seal of the county conscription office on the application form for retaining admission qualification, and send it to the enrollment Department of relevant colleges and universities in the form of official letter together with the copy of the notice of enlistment. According to the actual work experience, it is more appropriate for the parents or clients of young recruits to carry the copies of the application form for retaining admission qualifications and the notice of enlistment directly to the school to go through the formalities for retaining their student status.
（3） School registration and retention of student status
After receiving the application form for retention of admission qualification and the copy of the notice of enlistment, the University shall review the admission qualification according to law and regulations, go through the procedures for retention of admission qualification, mark "join the army" in the student's personal information on the China higher education student information network, and issue the application form for retention of admission qualification, one of which shall be kept by the University for the record and one of which shall be submitted to the county conscription office for the record, Keep the admission qualification notice and hand it over to the freshmen of the military college or the entrusted person for safekeeping.
Within 2 years after retirement, retired freshmen of colleges and universities shall go through the admission procedures at the admitted colleges and universities with the notice of retaining admission qualification and the notice of admission.
New students of retired colleges and universities shall hold the "retirement certificate" and the "application form for returning retired soldiers to school" to the county conscription office for sealing and then take them back to the school to go through the formalities for returning to school. The school can first enter the school and then handle the formalities. The tuition fees shall be handed over to the school by the returning retired soldiers first, and then returned to the school by the state subsidy management department.
