At about 10:47 a.m. on July 17, a black Mercedes Benz 'Su d34y35' drove from south to north along Jinling middle road to near the east gate of Jiuzhou new world garden. The vehicle lost control and drove into the same direction non motor vehicle lane. After hitting the normal running electric bicycle, it hit the electric bicycle waiting for the red light at the intersection of Laodong West Road of Jinling middle road. A total of 13 people were injured in the accident, and the injured were immediately sent to three hospitals in the urban area for treatment.
