It is reported that according to the decision on the exercise of maritime rights protection and law enforcement powers by the China maritime police bureau at the third meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, it is clear that the China maritime police bureau mainly undertakes seven law enforcement responsibilities: cracking down on illegal and criminal activities at sea, maintaining maritime public security and security, the development and utilization of marine resources, marine ecological environment protection, marine fishery management and maritime anti smuggling, And coordinate and guide local maritime law enforcement.

The 95110 maritime alarm telephone will be opened in the China maritime police bureau and the local maritime police bureaus of coastal provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. It will be on duty 24 hours in accordance with the principle of "territorial jurisdiction and nearby police handling". In the whole country and the offshore waters covered by the communication network, you can directly dial '95110'. It is understood that the 95110 alarm platform mainly accepts alarm help range:

5. Marine environmental pollution damage caused by marine engineering construction projects and marine dumping of wastes;
