The name of the rule is finally determined as Didi's special rules for handling lost items in online car Hailing (Trial), which is applicable to didi express, special cars and luxury cars. According to Didi, the rules will be put into trial operation on Didi's car Hailing platform from today. In the future, Didi will continuously optimize the rules and improve the product functions in combination with the feedback of drivers and passengers.
From June 11 to 17, 1100 feedbacks were received during the publicity of the draft rules, and the return fee was still the focus of discussion. Among the feeders, 51.3% had lost items in the car, and 48.7% had not lost items in the car. Some netizens believe that if the goods are returned by express or Flash delivery, the passengers do not need to pay other expenses to the driver after bearing the express fee.
