Original title: the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress voted to pass the vaccine management law
On the afternoon of June 29, the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress voted and adopted the vaccine management law of the people's Republic of China.
This Law shall apply to vaccine development, production, distribution, vaccination and its supervision and administration within the territory of the people's Republic of China.
Whoever violates the provisions of this Law and constitutes a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
The law will come into force on December 1, 2019.
