According to the official microblog released by Lanzhou, at 9 a.m. on June 23, the Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 phase I project, which Lanzhou citizens are looking forward to, was put into trial operation, marking that Lanzhou has officially entered the 'subway era', which is not only the first rail transit line in Gansu Province, but also the first rail transit line crossing the Yellow River in China. Up to now, 19 of the 20 stations of phase I project of line 1 have been completed (provincial government stations and ancillary works need to be constructed simultaneously with the development project of Central Business District of Chengguan District); 57 entrances and exits (excluding 2 provincial government stations) and 38 wind pavilions (excluding 2 provincial government stations) have been completed. In addition to the provincial government station, 19 other stations will be put into operation.
