Today, the track laying of the Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway has been completed, laying an important foundation for its opening at the end of the year.

The Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway starts from Beijing North Station and passes through Qinghe station, Changping Station, Badaling Great Wall Station, donghuayuan north station, Huailai station, Xiahuayuan north station, Xuanhua north station and Zhangjiakou station, with a total length of 174km.

After completion, the time from Beijing to Zhangjiakou will be shortened to less than one hour. At 10:18 a.m. on June 12, with the track laying machine pulling a group of 500m long rails, it accurately landed at the junction point at the entrance of Qinghua Park Tunnel of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway, marking the completion of track laying of the whole line of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway and an important step towards the opening and operation goal of the whole line of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway.

Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway is an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" Beijing Lanzhou channel in the national medium and long term railway network planning. It is an important basic project for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It is an important traffic guarantee facility for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. The Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway starts from Beijing North Station and passes through Qinghe station, Changping Station, Badaling Great Wall Station, donghuayuan north station, Huailai station, Xiahuayuan north station, Xuanhua north station and Zhangjiakou station, with a total length of 174km. According to the relevant person in charge of Beijing Zhangjiakou company, 310.8km of the main track of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway constructed by China Railway Third Bureau has been laid. Since the first track laying on November 1, 2018, according to the track laying schedule, we have mobilized elite and strong personnel, optimized the construction organization and made steady progress. In the face of the great challenges brought to the track laying construction by the high track laying operation standard, many cross operation surfaces and 30% long ramp, in order to fully realize the construction goal of "high-quality project and intelligent Jingzhang", continuously optimize the scheme and resource allocation, innovate the construction technology, transform the mechanical equipment, apply intelligent robot detection, and adopt mechanization By means of automatic track laying unit and construction informatization, the track accuracy and construction efficiency have been greatly improved, and the track laying tasks of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway and Chongli railway have been successfully completed. The track laying of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway and Chongli Railway (main line) has been completed, which has laid a solid foundation for the joint commissioning and test of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway in September this year and its opening at the end of the year.

It is reported that the completion of the whole track of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is a landmark node in the construction of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway.
