Jiangsu Hengtong optoelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it is planning to purchase 51% equity of Huawei Ocean network (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "huaweihaiyang") held by Huawei Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei investment") by issuing shares and paying cash. According to the announcement, Huawei investment holds 51% equity of Huawei Ocean network (Hong Kong).

On May 31, 2019, Hengtong optoelectronics and Huawei investment signed the letter of intent. Since the opening of the market on June 3, 2019, the trading of Hengtong optoelectronics shares has been suspended for no more than 10 trading days.
