2. Selling electric vehicles without three products, including counterfeiting and forging qualification certificates, and selling complete vehicles and accessories without product address and factory name, shall be sentenced and investigated for responsibility according to law.
3. Sellers and individuals who refit electric vehicles, dismantle original accessories, replace speed limiters or replace high-power accessories without permission shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.
4. Random parking of electric vehicles, including public areas, fire exits, staircases and emergency exits. Unauthorized connection of the charging line of the electric vehicle and failure to set the charging facilities in accordance with the regulations will be punished, and the serious ones will be confiscated.
According to the provisions on rectification and punishment of electric vehicles, manufacturers, sellers, maintenance and modification units and individuals will be inspected from June. The new regulations will be officially implemented from April 15, 2019, during the transition period. The new regulations will not only protect our safety to a certain extent, but also have certain benefits for the majority of car owners. When electric vehicles are licensed, no one will dare to overtake or change lanes, which fundamentally limits the disadvantages of minors' cycling.
