4. If the driver's license is not verified for three consecutive scoring cycles or the license is not renewed at the expiration of validity for more than one year, it will be cancelled.
5. The score of serious traffic violations committed by drivers of key models such as large and medium-sized passenger and cargo vehicles and dangerous goods transport vehicles increased from 38 to 52.
6. 12 points shall be scored for medium-sized or above passenger and cargo vehicles and dangerous goods vehicles driving over 20% of the speed on expressways and urban expressways or over 50% of the speed on other roads, and 12 points shall be scored for fatigue driving passenger vehicles and dangerous goods vehicles.
7.
