1、 For the electric bicycles whose executive standard is the technical code for safety of electric bicycles (gb17761-2018), which have passed the national CCC certification and are listed in the catalogue of electric bicycles and motorized wheelchairs in the autonomous region, a new electric bicycle number plate shall be issued. If the vehicle does not meet the requirements, it is an over standard vehicle and will not be registered.
2、 Under any of the following circumstances, electric bicycles shall not be registered:
1. The invoice submitted by the vehicle owner is invalid;
2. The vehicle owner recorded in the vehicle invoice is inconsistent with the identity certificate;
3. The certificates and vouchers submitted by the vehicle owner are inconsistent with the vehicle;
4. The vehicle is illegally refitted or assembled, or the motor number and frame number have chiseling marks;
5. Changing the structure, structure or main technical parameters of electric bicycles that meet national standards, or adding other devices that hinder road traffic safety;
6. The vehicle is produced without a production license, does not meet the national technical standards, or the vehicle is not within the scope of the approved registration catalogue published by the autonomous region.
