1、 Application object of affordable housing

(1) At the same time, families of urban residents in this city who meet the following standards can apply for the purchase of jointly owned property rights protected housing: family members actually live in this city, have a permanent urban residence in this city for three consecutive years, and have a permanent urban residence in the place where the application is submitted for two consecutive years.

(2) The per capita housing construction area of families is less than 15 square meters (including 15 square meters).

(3) The per capita annual disposable income of 3 or more families is less than 60000 yuan (including 60000 yuan) and the per capita property is less than 150000 yuan (including 150000 yuan); The per capita annual disposable income and per capita property standard of families with 2 or less people shall rise by 20% according to the above standards, that is, the per capita annual disposable income is less than 72000 yuan (including 72000 yuan) and the per capita property is less than 180000 yuan (including 180000 yuan).

(4) Family members have not had any housing sale or gift within 5 years before submitting the application, except for housing gift among family members.

2、 Application conditions for affordable housing

If a family applies for a common property right guarantee house, all members shall be joint applicants. A joint applicant shall live together and have a legal relationship of support, upbringing or support, mainly including the following persons:

(1) Spouse (1 year of marriage);

(2) Parents, children and grandparents, grandparents, grandparents and parents died

Grandchildren and grandchildren;

(3) A minor brother or sister whose brother, sister and parents both died.

The application of the following persons shall be made in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) Spouses should apply together;

The joint applicant shall recommend in writing a member with full civil capacity as the applicant's representative. The acts of the applicant's representative in handling applications, house selection and other matters shall be regarded as the acts of the joint applicant.
