1、 First prepare two 'heel stickers': my experience is that one is a thick leather heel sticker. The thickness depends on the distance between your heel and the heel of the shoe. I usually buy 4mm thick. The second is the silicone heel post. We should also prepare the soft one. I also found a silicone heel post with protrusion on on Taobao, which is relatively better to use.
2、 Then post the cow leather (not necessarily cow leather, as long as it is not made of silica gel), first stick it to the heel of the shoe with 502 glue, and then stick silica gel on it with 502 glue. The trick to measuring thickness is that when you put your feet on high heels, the uppermost position of the heel can just get stuck where there is a groove in your heel. In this way, it won't fall. In fact, the principle is the same. Most heels can't fit well in that groove, resulting in your shoes not following your feet, so what you have to do is to increase the thickness of that part so that it can just get stuck there. (PS, I haven't worn big brand shoes, which is not in the unfit fit I said.)
There must be a strong glue such as 502 glue, because I haven't found one that is strong and won't fall off since I bought all kinds of post posts on Taobao.
