Those who obtain housing provident fund loans or increase the loan amount with false house purchase, marriage or other information shall be ordered by Tianjin housing provident fund management center to return the illegal loan amount within a time limit and be punished in accordance with Tianjin housing provident fund management regulations; If it fails to return within the time limit, the municipal housing provident fund management center may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution.
