(II) swimming safety points

1. Don't be too hungry or full in the water. Only one hour after dinner can you go into the water to avoid cramps;

2. Before launching, we need to test the water temperature with our feet or hands. If the water temperature is too low, don't go into the water. If the water temperature is too low, it is easy for the body to feel uncomfortable because of the temperature surprise, resulting in a cold and fever.

3. If you are swimming in the river, lake or sea, you must be accompanied by a companion and cannot swim alone;

4. Observe the environment of the swimming place before launching. If there is a danger warning, you can't swim here;

5. Don't swim in the canyon with unclear geographical environment. The water depth in these places is different, and it is cold. There may be obstacles in the water that hurt people, which is very unsafe;

6. Many people choose to jump directly into the water, but before diving, make sure that the depth of the water is at least 3 meters, and that there is no messy grass, rocks or other obstacles in the water area. It is suggested that you should go into the water gently.

7. When swimming in the sea, swim along the parallel direction of the coastline. Those with poor swimming skills or physical strength should not wade to the depth. Make a mark on the coast, pay attention to whether you are rushed too far, adjust the direction in time, and ensure safety.
