When handling the "ticket change" (i.e. the arrival remains unchanged), if the fare of the new ticket is higher than the original ticket, the difference will be charged; If the fare of a new ticket is lower than that of the original ticket, the difference shall be refunded. Similarly, the refund fee shall be charged for the difference and the current refund fee standard shall be implemented.
