2、 How to use medical insurance card

2. Medical insurance card balance query: insured employees can query the balance by dialing the phone, or at Bank of China savings office or urban designated hospitals and pharmacies. You can also log in to the social security query system on the Internet.
3. Medical insurance card transaction inquiry: insured employees can go to the savings office of Bank of China and print medical insurance card transaction records on the strength of ID card and medical insurance card, including individual account payment records and consumption records. If you have any questions about the transaction records, you can inquire at the retail business department of Bank of China.
4. Password of medical insurance card: if the Insured Employee changes the password, he / she can dial the phone to change it or go to the savings office of Bank of China with his / her ID card. If the Insured Employee forgets the password, he can report the loss of the original password and change the password at the Bank of China savings office with his ID card.
5. Safekeeping of medical insurance card: the insured employees shall properly keep the medical insurance card. If they accidentally lose it, please immediately issue a letter of proof to the unit and seal at the medical insurance office for confirmation, then report the loss at the Bank of China savings office with their ID card, go through the card replacement procedures, and get a new card after 7 days.
