The difference between ordinary residence and non ordinary residence

According to different standards of housing division, there are differences among ordinary residence, non residence and non ordinary residence. When buying a house, the meaning of non residence, ordinary residence and non ordinary residence is very different!

1、 Ordinary residence

Ordinary residence generally refers to the whole building, which refers to the residential house built according to the local general civil residential building standards. 2. Garden House

Garden house is also called western style house, which emphasizes that each courtyard has a garden. Living comfort is high. Generally, there will be a garage in addition to the standard garden and lawn. In addition, the floors are generally not too high, and there are many small buildings on the second and third floors. The price is generally between ordinary houses and villas.

3、 Non residential

Non residential refers to houses that are not suitable for living, that is, non residential houses other than residential houses. It includes houses, commercial houses, factories and warehouses. There are the following types of houses:

1. Houses mainly used for commercial services: all kinds of shops, stores, restaurants, grain and oil stores, vegetable farms, barber shops, photo studios, bathrooms, hotels, guest houses and other houses engaged in commerce and serving residents' life.

2. Houses (plants) for industrial manufacturing: including main workshops, auxiliary rooms and auxiliary facility rooms. All factories in industry, transportation, commerce, construction, scientific research and other units are included.

3.
