1、 Pay attention to the layout
There will be several fixed moving lines in the bathroom, mainly composed of toilet, bathing, face washing, makeup, washing and other spaces. Therefore, as for the overall layout of the bathroom, it is recommended that you consider how to set it before buying a house so as not to interfere with each other.
For example, according to the house type diagram, consider whether the house type of the bathroom can have the layout of dry and wet separation. However, there may be three or four points in large house type luxury houses or villas, so there is usually no need to consider too many layout problems.
Before buying an ordinary house, buyers can first look at the display form of the bathroom in the house type diagram, and then consider whether the design of the bathroom is appropriate, whether the space is sufficient and so on in combination with the number of family members and living needs.
2、 Pay attention to the room location
In terms of the location of the toilet, the orientation of the toilet door and whether it is convenient to use are mainly considered. Under normal circumstances, it is required that the door of the bathroom should not be directly opened to the bedroom or kitchen at home. In addition, in order to avoid the impact of toilet flushing noise, the bathroom should not be located in the bedroom and kitchen of downstairs residents.

3、 Pay attention to the size of the area
Generally, the area of the toilet is mostly 5-10m2. In the actual house design, the area of the toilet should at least meet the placement of necessary sanitary appliances and the activity space of residents. According to different collocations in the toilet, its use area also has different standards:
1. If there are three types of toilets, bathing facilities and basins in the toilet, the service area of the toilet shall not be less than 3m & sup2;.

3. If there are no bathing facilities and only toilets and basins, the area of the toilet shall not be less than 2m & sup2;.

4、 Pay attention to ventilation conditions
There is more water vapor in the bathroom, so the general moisture and taste will be heavier. When selecting the appropriate house type, property buyers must pay attention to whether the bathroom has windows. If it is a dark bathroom, it must be inconvenient for ventilation and lighting, and it is not conducive to the health of their families.
5、 Pay attention to the number of floor drains
When choosing the toilet, we must pay attention to the number of floor drains in the toilet, which is very important because it is related to the drainage condition and dryness of the toilet. Generally, there are three places in the toilet to consider whether to install floor drains:
First, the shower area. Generally speaking, most toilets here will be designed with floor drains to facilitate the timely discharge of water flow;
Second, whether the washing machine should be placed in the bathroom. If the washing machine needs to be used in the bathroom, it is inevitable to add a floor drain for washing machine drainage;
Third, near the toilet, the ground next to many toilets will be relatively low, which makes it easy to accumulate water around the toilet, which not only looks unclean, but also easy to breed bacteria. It would be better if a floor drain could be set here.
In addition, if the toilet is a dry wet separation design, it is more necessary to consider whether the location of the floor drain is reasonable enough. If the floor drain is in the middle of the toilet, the rain area must be located in the middle, so the space utilization rate of the toilet will be reduced a lot.
