1、 What does the provident fund deposit ratio mean

1. Provident fund deposit ratio generally refers to the deposit ratio of housing provident fund, which is the coefficient of your payable provident fund. For example, if your average monthly salary is 100 yuan and the coefficient of payable provident fund is 3%, then the amount of your payable provident fund is 3 yuan. It is related to my monthly average base and payable coefficient. With the increase or decrease of average salary and coefficient, the amount of provident fund payable will change accordingly.

Generally speaking, the deposit of provident fund is based on the salary proportion of the company's employees. China's regulation is that it shall not be less than 5%, and this year it has stipulated that the high proportion is 12%, that is, the range is between 5% and 12%. If the employee's salary is lower than the local average employee's salary in the previous quarter, then pay the provident fund according to 6% of the average salary. If it exceeds 300% of the social average salary, it will be higher than 300%.

If you want to pay more provident fund, you can only adjust it according to the employee's salary and local salary through your company. The deposit proportion is the percentage of the amount required to be paid in accordance with local regulations in the average salary of employees of the whole company. That is, after obtaining the average salary of the previous quarter, directly multiply this value to obtain the amount that individuals and units have to pay in this quarter.
