1. Use area in the set

(2) The free wall in the set is included in the wall area in the set according to the horizontal projected area;

The public wall is included in the wall area of the set according to half of the horizontal projection area;

3. Balcony building area
The building area of the balcony in the suite shall be calculated according to the horizontal projection area between the periphery of the balcony and the external wall of the house. Among them, the building area of closed balcony is calculated according to the horizontal projection, and the building area of unclosed balcony is calculated according to half of the horizontal projection.
(1) The building area of the originally designed closed balcony shall be calculated according to its peripheral horizontal projection area;
(2) The floor area of cantilever platform (bottom balcony) shall be calculated according to half of the horizontal projection area of its bottom plate;
(3) Concave balcony shall be included in the building area according to half of its fighting area (including parapet wall area);
(4) For the semi overhanging and semi concave balcony, the construction area of the overhanging part shall be calculated according to half of the horizontal projection area of the bottom plate, and the construction area of the concave part shall be calculated according to half of the fighting area.
