1. 4. After the buyer applies for refund, the refund agreement is waiting for the confirmation of the seller. You can view the refund status of the current buyer. The seller has 15 days to process the refund agreement. If the time-out is not handled, the refund agreement will take effect and the transaction will enter into the return process.

5. If the Seller agrees to the refund agreement, it is necessary to select the return address, save and notify the buyer of the return. The buyer shall fill in the delivery method and select the logistics company in time to complete the return. Generally, the system will give the buyer 14 days to return the goods (please check the timeout reminder on the refund page for the specific timeout). If the goods are not returned on time, the return refund agreement will be cancelled, and the system will pay the transaction amount to the seller's account.

6. If the seller does not agree to the return refund agreement, the transaction status will become the seller does not agree agreement, waiting for the buyer to modify. At this time, the system usually gives the buyer a timeout of 15 days. If you need to apply for a refund again, please operate again. If both parties fail to reach an agreement on repeated application rejection of refund agreement, customer service intervention status will become customer service intervention, and Taobao customer service will intervene to help both parties negotiate and handle within 30 days from the date of refund application;

7. If the buyer chooses to send the goods back by express delivery, the seller can confirm the receipt of the goods return within 10 days (for the specific timeout, please check the timeout reminder on the refund page), the transaction status will become that the buyer has returned the goods, and wait for the seller to confirm the receipt of the goods return. If the Seller agrees to the refund agreement, the refund is successful. If the seller refuses the refund agreement, please specify the reasons and actively contact the buyer for negotiation.

8. If the seller does not agree to refund after the buyer returns the goods, the two parties cannot negotiate successfully, the customer service intervention status will become customer service intervention, and Taobao customer service will intervene to help both parties negotiate within 30 days from the date of refund application.
