1. Touch the water inlet connector with your hand and you should feel vibration, which indicates that the water inlet solenoid valve is intact.
2. If there is no feeling of sound and vibration, close (press down) the program controller, turn the drainage degree clockwise, and then start the program controller. It is hard to hear a loud 'Bang' sound of the drainage solenoid valve, which indicates that the power output channel and solenoid valve of the washing machine are in good condition; If the drainage solenoid valve does not reflect, it indicates that the water inlet solenoid valve is stuck.
3. When the above two actions can not hear the operation of the drainage solenoid valve, it must be a non-contact fault in the power input path or the program controller switch.
4. Connect the water and power supply, turn the pointer of the and controller to the degree of washing or rinsing, the water level selector is at the low water level, start the program controller, and the tap water should flow into the bucket. When the water level in the bucket is up to 20cm, the belt pulley shall rotate, and the water inlet valve shall be closed to cut off water; This shows that the motor water level selector function is perfect. After the program controller is started, the water cannot flow into the barrel and the wave wheel rotates dynamically, which is the 'dry cleaning' fault in anhydrous state, which is mainly caused by improper adjustment of water level selector.
5. When the above procedures are normal and the program controller operates the drainage procedure automatically, the wave wheel shall stop rotating and the drainage solenoid valve shall be opened for drainage. If the solenoid valve does not open the drain, it indicates that there is a mechanical failure of the solenoid valve. The connecting rod may be broken or the connecting pin may be disconnected.
6. When the program controller runs to the rinsing level, the drain valve shall be closed and a loud 'Bang' sound shall be heard. At this time, the water inlet valve starts to feed water, and the above level shall be repeated again. If the drain valve cannot be closed and the bucket cannot store water, it is mainly caused by the failure of the drain valve to reset, and the normal degree of washing machine will be interrupted.
