What factors are associated with dysmenorrhea?

According to the epidemiological survey, the factors related to dysmenorrhea are as follows:

1. Menarche: relevant research shows that the age of menarche is significantly related to primary dysmenorrhea. The incidence of dysmenorrhea was higher and the degree of dysmenorrhea was more serious in the younger menarche.

2. It is related to overwork, tension, cold and allergic constitution.

3. In menstruation, pregnancy and puerperium, the health of genitals is not paid enough attention; sexual life is started too early; many sexual partners cause inflammation.

What food can alleviate dysmenorrhea?
