Take the enterprises' malicious default and withholding of migrant workers' wages as the key point of labor and social security supervision and law enforcement, strictly investigate and punish the illegal act of withholding migrant workers' wages according to law, order the employer to make up the arrears of wages, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. Migrant workers are just a kind of address for migrant workers from rural areas. They are essentially no different from ordinary workers, so they should enjoy all the rights of workers stipulated by law.
