For people with sensitive skin, it is recommended to use 36 ℃ ~ 37 ℃ water which is close to the body temperature to wash the face, so as to avoid cold and hot irritation to the skin; use mild soap free skin cleaning products; try not to use exfoliating products, select medical skin care products and physical sunscreen which do not contain spices, preservatives, and are less irritating; pay attention to the law of life and relax the mood.
