On March 26, at the 2017 Miss South Africa finals in Sun City, South Africa's northwest province, Miss South Africa in 2016 crowned the current champion Demi Lee & middot; Nell & middot; Peters (front and middle).
The 2017 Miss South Africa finals were held in Sun City. Demi Lee Nell Peters, a 21-year-old part-time model from the Western Cape Province of South Africa, stood out from 12 finalists and won the 59th Miss South Africa title with a prize of 1 million rand (about 550000 yuan).
Adele & middot; van Hilden from Western Cape and boipelo & middot; Mabel from Gauteng won the second and third place respectively. As the new Miss South Africa, Demi Lee Nell Peters will represent South Africa in the Miss World competition.
