Part I: tour of Summer Palace Xia Mingyu

On the fourth day in Beijing, we went to the summer palace. We took a bus to the wharf and took a boat to the summer palace. The two sides of the river were picturesque. The beautiful scenery of "spring breeze and green south bank of the river" appeared in front of me. At this time, I saw a 17 hole bridge on the rippling Kunming Lake, counting from the middle hole to both sides. Each side is a nine hole bridge, both symmetrical and royal. The lions on the bridge are carved vividly. Some of them step on the sole of their feet, some of them play on the head of the lion, some of them put the lion under their belly, and some of them put their heads together like a couple of mothers and children, which is really interesting.

After getting off the ship, we went to the long corridor, which is 728 meters long. It is said that an emperor went to a place to play and saw many beautiful sceneries. At this time, he would go back to Beijing. But he wanted to see the beautiful sceneries, so he drew the sceneries on the long corridor, which also drew the illustrations of four famous works. It was very beautiful!

Then, we went to the house of Emperor Guangxu. There were dragons and phoenixes on the roof. There was a big VAT outside the house, which was used to hold fruits. Inside the house were all gold, ceramics and gold nanmu. Even the washing hands were also made of gold basins. The guide said that Emperor Guangxu was under house arrest because he didn't listen to his mother. The Emperor didn't listen either!

The summer palace shows the traditional style of Chinese gardens. It is well-known for its high-rise buildings and secluded courtyards, which are connected by winding paths.

Part two: tour the Summer Palace

Today, my mother, my classmates and my little brother came to the summer palace.

We went in first, where the trees were luxuriant, the leaves were luxuriant, and the life was full. Then we went up a mountain called longevity mountain. The flowers are in full bloom, the grass is high and beautiful. After a while, we went on our way. They went up the stairs. I was a good climber. I climbed directly from the rocks and reached the top of the mountain. Then we had a rest and went down again.

Then we went into the corridor. There were pictures on it. Each picture was different. Walking, we walked out of the corridor to Kunming Lake. A cruise ship was floating on the lake. I met my little brother and begged mom and aunt to let us play. They agreed in unison. We ran over, rented the boat, stepped on the pedals on the boat, and the boat sped forward. Sitting on the boat, I saw the long seventeen hole bridge. It was white and beautiful. People came and went on the bridge. How lively it was! I also saw the splendid cloud discharging hall and the Buddhist Pavilion.

Today, I had a great time! Let's play in the summer palace, too! It's said that ice can skate on the lake in winter. I'm looking forward to my parents bringing me here to play in winter. Part three: tour the Summer Palace

Today, we visit the summer palace.

First of all, we enter the summer palace together. Now we see the long corridor of the summer palace. Look! Green pillars, red railings, can't see the end at a glance. It is more than 700 meters long and divided into 273 rooms. Each room has colorful paintings on the sill. You can look for them carefully. None of these paintings is the same.

Further on, there are many trees on longevity hill. Looking up at the Chongshan mountain, a three-story octagonal pagoda building stands on the hillside, which is the famous Buddhist Pavilion. The next row of splendid palaces is the paiyun palace.

Next, we came to Kunming Lake, which is quiet like a mirror, green like a piece of Jasper. The boat and boat on the lake are sliding slowly, which is a beautiful picture. There is an island in the middle of the lake. It is green. There is a stone bridge on the lake. It has seventeen bridge holes, called seventeen hole bridge. You can go to the island through this bridge.

How about this beautiful summer palace? I wish I could visit it again next time. It must have a different taste.

Part four: a journey to the Summer Palace

This summer vacation, my parents and I visited the summer palace, the largest existing royal garden in the world.

We entered from the north gate of the summer palace. First of all, Suzhou street is full of Jiangnan characteristics. At a glance, all kinds of shops accompanied by the waiter's Beijing style shouting: 'have a bowl of authentic old Beijing fried noodles! 'I felt as if I had crossed the street more than 200 years ago.

Then we climbed the Buddhist Pavilion on longevity hill. Standing on the Buddha's pavilion, you can see the beautiful scenery of the summer palace. The quiet Kunming Lake is like a huge mirror. It reflects the blue sky, green trees and red flowers in the lake. The breeze ripples the lake. The reflection in the lake seems to be alive. It reminds me of a poem: "let's just doubt the sky and sit in the sky. Let's really swim in the picture by the fence".

From the Buddhist Pavilion, we visited the world's longest Gallery, 728 meters long. The gallery is colorful, lifelike, and beautifully painted. The characters are lifelike, the content is rich and colorful, there are folklore, classic works, Fairy Tales & hellip; & hellip;

Sunset, the end of a happy day, let me can not help but sigh that the summer palace is indeed the world's largest royal garden!

Part 5: tour to Beijing: Summer Palace Liu Siyuan

In this trip to Beijing, my favorite is the fourth day's trip to the summer palace. The summer palace is the most intact and grand ancient garden in China. Located in Haidian District, Beijing, more than 20 kilometers away from Tiananmen Gate, covering an area of 290 hectares. If we divide the area of the summer palace into four parts on average, three of them are water, so we choose to take a boat tour of the summer palace. The summer palace is the place where the old Buddha Cixi lived. The hall of happy birthday is the old Buddha's bedroom. You can see a colorful chandelier at the door, which is a tribute from the West. There are countless treasures in the summer palace.

Next we visited the seventeen hole bridge. Why do seventeen holes need to be built in seventeen holes? Because the big hole in the middle of the bridge is exactly '9' from both ends of the bridge, and '9' is called the extreme Yang number, which is the most favorite lucky number of feudal emperors in the past, so the bridge was built into 17 holes.

The 17 hole bridge of the summer palace is a 150 meter long 17 hole double arch big stone bridge, flying between Nanhu island and langru Pavilion. In Qianlong period, it was built after the famous Lugou bridge. The stone carvings on the bridge are extremely exquisite. There are 544 lions with different looks on the watchposts of each bridge railing. There are also stone carvings at the bridge head, which are very vivid. To the east of the bridge, there is a bronze bull.
