Slowly lift your hands to the front of your body, with your fingers in the shape of natural claws, wide with your shoulders, inhale with your mouth, lift your hands to the same level with your shoulders, then lower the umbilical cord, turn your palms up when you fall to the front of your abdomen, and turn your palms down when you lift them up to your shoulders, then slowly drop them to the front of Dantian, when you are fully inhaled, stop for half a second, quickly close your breath, tighten your whole body, and press down with both hands Two days use the curve, at the same time, grasp the ground with ten toes, tighten the anus, close the chest and abdomen, sink the shoulders, and clamp the two ribs with two upper arms, slowly press the hands behind the back to both sides of the crotch, buckle the legs back and forth with force, when closing the air, release one third of the air from the nose, then slowly pull the hands back with force for about five centimeters, close the air for two to four seconds, deflate one third of the air from the nose, and then Slowly pull your hands back to about 5cm, hold your breath for two to four seconds, release the remaining one-third of your breath from your nose, and relax your whole body at the same time (hold your breath for three times). Finally, return to the preparation, breathe two, and then do the second time. Repeat the exercise again and again, and exchange the left and right lunges. With the development of skill, it's better to do 25 lunges in the future.

When the hands are patted to the shoulder level, the air is just full. Then use your nose to exhale, slowly bend your legs and knees to squat into a high horse stance, and slowly lower your elbows and hands to the front of your abdomen, with the palm of your hand facing down. At this moment, your breath is just half exhaled. After half a kind of stop clock, close the air quickly. You can't breathe when you're breathing. Tighten the whole body, grasp the ground with ten toes, buckle the legs with strong force, tighten the anus (like tolerance Ambassador), sink the shoulders, at the same time, divide the hands to the left, right and slightly downward with strong force slowly, as if a kilogram of weight is withering to both sides, and when it is wide with both feet, it just can't close the breath (the breath closing time is about 5 to 7 seconds). Then, I suddenly stopped breathing out of my nose. At the same time, I relaxed and stood up. I would like to guard Dantian and breathe for two times.
