Note: not suitable for pregnant women. It is not suitable for those with pathogenic heat, solid fire and thick phlegm.

Camellia

Ingredients: 10 g water chestnut mouth, 1.5g mint (3 g fresh product), 1.5g green tea.

Production method: wash the water chestnut, peel and root, and take the part of water chestnut bud for standby. Wash mint and drain. Put green tea, water chestnut mouth and mint into a teacup, brew them with boiling water, and drink them 10 minutes later. If fresh mint is used, soak for 3 minutes later.

Efficacy: it can cool the skin, stimulate the body fluid, quench thirst, clear the throat and heat.

Suitable: sore throat, thirsty mouth, headache, stuffy nose, bad breath, dry stool, cold (light).

Drinking method: warm drink in several times after meal.

Note: stop drinking if there is moisture and sweat on the forehead, neck, chest and back. Fresh mint can only be soaked for 2-3 minutes, not too long, otherwise the effect will be reduced.
