3. Ingredients for Shenqi Coix congee: dangshen 10g, Huangqi 20g, stir fried Coix 120g, jujube 10g, ginger 12g. Method: soak all medicinal cold water first, then add coix seed, add some water, boil with high fire, add the broken ginger, simmer with low fire, until coix seed is cooked and rotten into porridge, take it on a hot and empty stomach once or twice a day. Functions: Invigorating Qi, invigorating spleen and removing dampness. Indications: it is suitable for the elderly and the sick, such as weak body Qi, weak spleen and stomach, loose stools, edema, fatigue, anorectal prolapse, etc.

4. Pig spleen congee material: pig spleen, dangshen 15g, orange 6G, japonica 100g, ginger, scallion, salt amount. Method: cut the Dangshen and ginger into pieces, cook them together with the japonica rice until the rice is cooked and the soup is thick. At this time, add the pig spleen, scallion and orange which have been sliced in advance.
