It is better to eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, bean products, chicken (egg), fish, lean meat, peanuts, walnuts, sesame, black fungus, mushrooms, lilies, etc.

The food should not be too salty, and should not be too full for each meal. Try to eat less raw and cold, smoked and roasted, fried food, and less spicy, fragrant and dry food, so as not to cause various diseases caused by heat and fire.

Spring is a season of multiple infectious diseases such as respiratory tract. The elderly are most susceptible to infection due to their poor immunity.
