Materials for making Oreo ice cream: 2 egg yolks, 80g white sugar (twice), 15g corn starch, 200g milk, 150g light cream, and appropriate amount of Oreo biscuits.
Practice:
1. Mix the yolk with 40g white sugar and mix well.
2. Add corn starch.
3. Mix well.
4. Mix the milk and cream, boil over low heat, add the other half of sugar (40g), stir well and turn off the heat.
5. Slowly pour in the yolk mixture.
6. Mix while pouring.
7. Filter it to make it smoother.
8. Turn on the small fire again and heat it to the obvious consistency. Turn off the fire.
9. Wait for 2-4 hours to cool thoroughly and then freeze the fresh-keeping film on the back cover. (can be stirred in the middle)
10. Add Oreo biscuit crumbs before eating.
11. Stir well and serve.
Tips:
Homemade ice cream without any additives is easy to melt at room temperature, so it should be eaten as soon as possible. If it's found out, it can be frozen again for a while.
