The longest glass air walk in the world opens to the public in Chongqing

In May 2015, Chongqing, China, built the world's longest glass air trail in Longgang National Geopark in the southwest city of Chongqing, and is now open to the public. The trail is located on the edge of a cliff extending more than 26 meters, which is 5 meters more than that of the Grand Canyon in the United States. Only 30 visitors are allowed to stand on it at the same time.

The trail is located in Chongqing Longgang National Geopark. Called "far end", which means "cloud at the end," the horseshoe sidewalk provides visitors with a breathtaking (and somewhat terrifying) view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Staff in the park said the bridge could withstand a magnitude 8.0 earthquake and typhoon level-14. The bridge is designed for up to 200 people at a time. However, in order to ensure a better number of experiences, the park only allows 30 tourists to stand on it at the same time. The price for standing on the footbridge is 60 yuan, and each visitor is allowed to stay on the bridge for 30 minutes. 1 2 page down
