Rachael Lynn Thomas, a 30-year-old woman from the United States, gave birth to a pair of twins at home on April 15. It is infuriating that Rachael threw the twins into the garbage can, and the twins died of suffocation. Rachael was later arrested by the police. After giving birth, Rachael cut the umbilical cord with scissors, wrapped the twins in a piece of clothing, and then threw them into a garbage can near his home.
