3. Runfei soybean milk porridge:

Raw materials: 100g glutinous rice, 1000g soybean milk, proper amount of sugar.

Method: wash the glutinous rice and put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and then simmer slowly with slow fire until the rice is in bloom. Pour in the soybean milk and continue to boil for 10 minutes, then add appropriate amount of sugar.

4. Runfei tremella soup:

Raw materials: 5 g tremella, 50 g rock sugar.

Methods: put the tremella into a basin, soak it in warm water for 30 minutes, remove the pedicel and impurities after the hair is thoroughly penetrated; tear the tremella into pieces, put it into a clean pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with fire, and then simmer for 1 hour, then add rock sugar until the tremella is stewed.
