Dutch photographer matto barfuss captured this thrilling scene on the grassland of bozana: a python captured a wild goat and swallowed it completely for 24 hours.
The python first bit the goat's hind leg, strangled it and began to swallow slowly.
It seems like an impossible process: goats are quite a prey for Python.
In the middle of swallowing, the python stopped for a while to rest.
This is obviously not an easy thing for Python.
Matto, who is filming a documentary locally, witnessed the scene. He described that for a short period of time at the beginning of swallowing, goats could even breathe in the mouth of boa constrictors.
In the end, the python swallows its huge prey and will not need to eat again for a long time.
