Huang Mou, a resident of Fuchuan City, Gyeonggi do, found a sky blue frog in a plastic shed of the residents' autonomous Committee, South Korea's Central Daily reported on June 12. The frog is about 3cm long, with a sky blue back and a white belly. Other physical characteristics are the same as those of ordinary frogs.

Experts from the National Academy of ecology said the frog's sky blue skin was caused by a lack of pigment and belonged to a genetic mutation. Its occurrence rate is only one in 50000.
