Apple has been forced to revise its European multinational warranty policy and extend it to two year

It is reported that apple on Wednesday adjusted the warranty policies of its products in France, Germany and Belgium to comply with relevant EU regulations. Apple's product warranty may be extended from one year to two years.

According to the adjusted policy, users will enjoy two years of repair and replacement service after purchasing new aircraft, compared with the previous one. Apple did not disclose the timetable for other EU countries to enjoy the new policy, but now it seems that it is only a matter of time before the policy is fully rolled out in the EU.

In November last year, Apple's warranty problem was investigated by relevant Italian institutions. After being fined 900000 euros, Apple has adjusted its Italian warranty policy to two years last year.

This year, on China's 315 consumer protection day, Apple's iPhone warranty policy was exposed to be inconsistent with relevant laws and regulations, and infringed on the rights and interests of users. Apple was forced to revise its warranty policy in China!
