Prevention and control of bituminous coal disease of succulent plants (experience): physical isolati

Many flower friends are flustered when they know that they are suffering from bituminous coal disease. They look for information everywhere. There are many prevention and treatment methods for bituminous coal disease on the Internet, but most of them are theoretical articles, and their practicability is not big. This paper summarizes some prevention and treatment experience of a Huayou who has many years of breeding experience. These experiences are far better than theoretical methods. Huayou may as well combine their own situation and give their own treatment.

Prevention and control of anthracite disease of succulent plants;

I won't elaborate on what kind of disease is succulent bituminous coal disease. There are all kinds of diseases on the Internet. If you are interested, you can search them. Now, the reason why succulent plants suffer from bituminous coal disease, according to the original words on the Internet, is: "in addition to the hot and humid water and soil infection in summer, more from the infection carried by various insects. Aphids, scale insects, ants, etc. not only gnaw and suck the sap from the root of plant leaves, but also secrete dense dew to excrete feces. These secretions contain various fungi, which will aggravate the infection after being bitten by these pests. "

So when you find that you have scale insects, you must pay attention to them. When I encounter scale insects, I use toothpicks to pick them out and eliminate them. Recently, scale insects happen occasionally, but not many. I saw on the Internet two days ago that 75% alcohol can kill scale insects. I haven't verified whether this is true. Because the insect is too small, I picked it out with a toothpick and dropped a little alcohol. I don't know if it's dead or not. I guess it's not so good either. But it's certain that alcohol can kill bacteria. I tried it with 75% alcohol yesterday. Anyway, after spraying alcohol, it has no effect on meat. You can try to disinfect with alcohol after infected with scale insects to avoid infection with fungi.

Many friends didn't notice bituminous coal disease at first, because it didn't develop from the leaf center, so it was difficult to detect it. The place where the disease was more likely to occur was the old leaves, especially the back of the petiole (that is, the place where the leaves were close to the stake "as shown in Figure 1"). There were gray black mildew like patches. If you look carefully, there were depressions at the spots, and then the old leaves were infected with the new leaves Until the whole plant turns black. Here are some pictures of symptoms on Po:

This is the symptom of petiole infection at the beginning;

The petiole of the old leaf is just infected with bituminous coal disease

This symptom is very typical. The disease of this plant is quite serious;

The whole plant with more serious disease has blackened

The last leaf is not too serious. Please go back and check your meat carefully. (the red circle is the infection site)

2、 About the treatment of bituminous coal disease;

The first is to isolate the infected plants.

Then there is the medication for the sick. I mainly use Carbendazim and Streptomycin Solution to spray, especially on the back of leaves. We must spray evenly and then irrigate the roots. Carbendazim and streptomycin are both endosorbent and can be absorbed by plants. Spray once every three days in the first week, then once a week in the next few weeks, lasting for three to four weeks. In the middle, I changed the drug once or twice and changed it to carbendazim and carbendazim B (dilution ratio is 1:2000). Some seriously infected meat, in addition to spraying, but also with carbendazim powder daub the whole leaf.

Because the mildew is still in the treatment of bituminous coal disease every day, and because of spraying and coating, the plants are beyond recognition, and I don't know if they are cured. I have to wait for a period of time to see that the disease is not spreading before I know that it is good. This process is very painful. I don't want to see these things every day, and I want to die.

Carbendazim, Guoguang brand, is a good thing. I often use it at will, and I don't know how to burn seedlings. After a long time, I will have drug resistance.

What you need to pay attention to is that you must pay attention to the concentration. Because I didn't master the concentration well, I poured it casually (please don't do that), and then burned the seedlings. However, the whole heart of the leaves was blackened, and as a result, normal new leaves grew, which is more fortunate. Inside the orange circle is the spot of bituminous coal disease, but it has been cured and no longer spread. The blue circle is burning seedlings.
