Materials: 300g pea seedlings as main material;

Seasoning: proper amount of salt. Some sesame oil.

Methods:

1. Boil a pot of water, bring to a boil, add a little oil and salt, add pea seedlings blanch for a while;

2. Take out the drained water and put it into the cold boiled water for a while, so that the seedlings will be very green;

3、 Pea sprouts with shredded egg

Main ingredients: 2 eggs, pea seedlings (or chrysanthemum, broccoli) 300g;

Accessories: 1 teaspoon salt (5g), 1 tbsp oil (15ml), 100ml chicken soup, 1 tsp garlic (5g), 1 tbsp water starch (15ml), 1 tsp white sesame (5g).

Methods:

1. Knock the egg white and yolk in different bowls, and then beat them evenly.

2. Heat the oil in the hot pot over medium heat. When it is 40% hot, pour the egg white into the pan, and let the egg liquid flow flat and round before being heated and solidified. Slowly spread the egg white into a white egg skin with a small fire. Take it out of the pot and cool it for use.

3. Then pour the egg yolk into the pot, spread the remaining oil into a round egg skin, and then take out and cool.

4. Leave the bottom oil in the pan. Add heat to the garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add the pea sprouts and stir fry for a while. Then stir in the chicken broth and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the water powder to thicken the soup.

5. Cut the white and yellow egg skins into thin filaments and put them on the pea seedlings.

6. Finally, put the white sesame into the pot, bake and color, and then sprinkle on the egg shreds.

Tips:

1. When spreading the egg skin, the fire power should not be too big, so that the egg liquid in the pot can be slowly and evenly heated, so as to avoid the egg skin becoming burnt quickly, and allow yourself enough time to flow the egg liquid into a circle, which will make you more relaxed.

Main ingredients: pea seedlings;

Accessories: garlic slices, shredded ginger, preserved egg cubes, bacon, stock or water, soup treasure 1 / 3 box, salt, sesame oil.

Methods:

Main ingredients: 300 g pea seedlings;

Accessories: 150g white tofu, 200g flour, 2 eggs, salt, water, monosodium glutamate.

Methods:

1. Mix flour with water and an egg into egg batter (the other egg is used to make soup). Cut bean curd into small pieces, blanch and set aside;

2. Low heat, pan pour a little cooking oil spread open, under the powder paste (200 grams of flour paste just spread out two big cakes) in the bottom of the pot spread flat, wait for the periphery to tilt open;
