1. Illumination
In spring, summer and autumn, it can be placed near the east or North window sill, and in winter it can be placed in the window facing south. 2. Temperature
The suitable temperature for the growth of mallow is 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, and the room temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃ in winter.
3. Humidity
Green pineapple likes to be moist. It is better to keep the basin soil moist when watering in growing season. It is forbidden to dry the basin soil. Otherwise, it is easy to cause yellow leaves and poor plant shape. If too much watering causes water accumulation in basin soil, it is easy to cause rotten roots and dead leaves, especially in winter when the room temperature is low.
4. Watering
In summer, when watering fully, we should also pay attention to water spraying on the leaves. In winter, the climate is dry, and it is necessary to spray the leaves with warm water every 4-5 days to remove the dust on the leaves, so as to keep the leaves bright and green.
5. Fertilization
Potted green pineapple should choose fertile, loose, good drainage of rotten leaf soil, acid is better. The survival rate is above 90% as long as the environment is not lower than 20 ℃. It is very shade resistant. It can be placed in indoor sunny place in four seasons. In the room with dark light, it should be moved to the environment with strong light every half a month to recover for a period of time, otherwise it is easy to make the internode grow and the leaves become smaller.
The temperature of overwintering should not be lower than 15 ℃. If the basin soil should be kept moist, water should be sprayed to the leaf surface frequently to improve the air humidity, so as to facilitate the growth of aerial roots.
