Stir fried Cigu mushroom with sliced meat

Materials: Cigu mushroom, streaky pork, onion, ginger, salt, chicken essence, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, Shuidian powder

1. Cut the peeled streaky pork into meat slices (I like to use streaky pork for stir fry). Wash the Cigu mushroom and cut it into slices. It tastes like potatoes and its internal structure is also similar.

2. Cut the small ingredients of the stir fry, cut the scallion and ginger into slices, add a little salt in the boiling water and blanch the Cigu mushroom for use.

3. When the pot is hot, stir fry the chives and ginger in the oil. Put the meat slices into the pot and quickly slide them with chopsticks until the meat slices are stir fried, fragrant and colorful. Then cook in soy sauce and Shaoxing wine.

4. Pour in the stewed Cigu mushroom slices and add a little water. Stir fry in high heat and add salt and chicken essence to taste. Thicken the lake powder and put it on the pan.

Braised pork in brown sauce

1. The supermarket buys the cut strip of pure streaky pork, put it into a cold water pot, open fire until it is boiled and blanched, so as to remove the bloodstain of streaky pork. Then cut into large or large pieces.

5. After 10 minutes, change the temperature and add salt, chicken powder and soy sauce to taste

6. After another 15 minutes, add a little bit of rock sugar. After the rock sugar dissolves, heat to collect the juice. The dish is ready.
