Stir fried shredded pork with coriander

Materials: 100g fresh coriander, 150g lean pork, proper amount of peanut oil, refined salt and monosodium glutamate, a little water lake powder.

Practice:

1. Wash coriander and cut into 3cm long sections. Wash and shred the meat, and use the refined salt and water lake powder.

2. Heat the pot, put some oil, stir fry the shredded meat. Then put the coriander, refined salt and monosodium glutamate into the pot, stir fry well. It is characterized by tender meat and rich fragrance.

Fried eggs with coriander

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 preserved egg, 1 salted egg, 2 tomatoes, 40ml blended oil, 30g coriander, a little salt and soy sauce.

1. Steamed salted eggs, peeled eggs, all cut into granules, parsley washed and cut into sections.

2. Wash the tomatoes, peel and remove the seeds, cut them into granules, stir fry them with a little oil for 2 minutes, put them on a plate and mix them with starch.

3. Put the eggs into a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, salted egg, preserved egg and tomato, mix well, heat the oil pan, put in the mixed raw materials and coriander, stir fry to taste.

Stir fried coriander with tofu skin

Materials: coriander, bean skin, oil consumption, sweet oil, onion, garlic, salt

practice

1. First, soak the tofu skin in boiling water, and then put it into cold water immediately, otherwise, it will rot easily.

2. Cut the tofu skin into small pieces. The strips with rectangular shape are OK. They should not be too small or too large.

3. Prepare to consume oil. Remember to soak the oil in warm water. Remember to stir it with chopsticks. The oil will be fully integrated with the water.

4. Cut the garlic and onion, add a small amount of cooking oil in the oil pan, add the onion and garlic to stir fry when the oil is 40% hot, stir fry the flavor immediately and add the tofu skin to stir fry.

5. Then add the right amount of water, remember not to fry the tofu skin dry, so add the right amount of water.

6. Stir fry the tofu skin for a few times, then pour in the chopped coriander (cut the coriander into 5cm strips), stir fry for a while, add a small amount of edible salt in a minute, and then the pot will be out.
