Letinous edodes lentil

Raw materials: 50 grams of mushrooms, 50 grams of winter bamboo shoots, 200 grams of lentils, sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh soup, wet starch, monosodium glutamate.

Method:

1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water, remove the stalks, and cut them into thick slices. Clean the lentils, remove the tendons, cut them into two parts, put them into boiling water and boil them for a while, remove them with a spoon, soak them in cold water for a while, and then remove and drain the water.

2. Heat the pot, add some sesame oil, fry the ginger powder, add salt, soy sauce and fresh soup, boil the mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots and lentils, saute for 3 minutes, thicken with monosodium glutamate and wet starch.

Efficacy: it can dredge the stomach, strengthen the spleen and the middle, relieve heat and dampness.

Fresh mushrooms lentils

Ingredients: 1. Main ingredients: 250g fresh mushrooms, 200g lentils. 2. Seasoning: monosodium glutamate, refined salt, sugar, lard, sesame oil, wet starch, cooking wine, chicken soup.

Method:

1. The mushrooms were blanched in boiling water. Tear off the ribs of lentils, wash and cut into oblique sections. Put the chicken soup in the frying pan, put in the mushrooms and lentils, then add the monosodium glutamate, salt and cooking wine to boil.

2. Heartily remove the mushrooms and lentils and put them on a plate. Thicken them with starch in the soup. Then pour them on the plate. Finally, add lard and sesame oil.

Note: this dish is mainly made of mushrooms and lentils. Mushroom not only tastes delicious, but also has the functions of Invigorating Qi and benefiting stomach, regulating qi and resolving phlegm. Its ingredients contain anti-cancer and immunity enhancing substances, and have the effect of lowering blood pressure. Lentils have the functions of invigorating the spleen and promoting the circulation of dampness and water.

Braised lentils with meat slices

Ingredients: 200g lentils, 50g meat slices, 3G salt, 3G soy sauce, 4G cooking oil, 2G vinegar, 4G green onion, 4G ginger, 2G Shuidian powder, 1g monosodium glutamate and 25g oil.

Method:

1. Cut the meat into 0.1cm thick, 1.5cm wide and 3cm long slices, put 1g salt, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate, 0.5g starch and 0.3g cooking wine into the slices, and grab the meat evenly for use, which is sizing.

2. Remove the sinew from the lentil, cut the section about 4.5cm long, cut the scallion into small fingernail slices (first cut four slices along the length, then cut the slices about 1cm), and cut the ginger into small square slices of 0.8cm for standby.

3. Put the frying pan on the fire, add 15g of oil, heat it up, stir fry the meat slices, until the meat changes color, then add the onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, then add about 60g of water, add salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate. Put the lentils in, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes with a small fire, add the water lake powder, stir continuously (it's better to stir in the middle), make the juice evenly wrap on the surface of the lentils and meat slices, and then out of the pot.
