Fried eggs with tomatoes

Practice:

1. Scald the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into small pieces. Mix the eggs into the salt and beat them up.

2. Put the oil in the pot and heat it over high heat. When the oil is slightly smoking, stir fry the egg mixture until the surface is tender and yellow.

3. Heat the bottom oil in the pan over medium heat, saute the garlic and shallot, stir fry the tomato pieces, when the tomato is stir fried and as thick as paste, put sugar, salt and scrambled eggs, pour in the sesame oil, stir well.

Tomato soup

Ingredients: 50g tomato, 25g ketchup, 25g butter, 5g wheat flour, 2G monosodium glutamate and 3G salt

Pure tomato sauce

Tomato sauce

3. Mix a little onion, garlic powder, pepper and ketchup, put them into the pot and boil them over a warm fire. Stir them while cooking. Boil them to a thick paste. Put them into a clean and dry glass bottle while it's hot, and then seal them. Store in low temperature and dry place.
