Nostoc

Nostoc puree soup

Raw materials: pickles, bamboo shoots, carrots, mushrooms, onions, 100g of pickles, ham, milk, white soup, salt, monosodium glutamate.

Practice:

Yellow flower of Nostoc

Raw materials: 25g of Nostoc flagelliforme, 25g of dried Nostoc flagelliforme, 50g of yellow flower, 10g of cooking wine, 1g of refined salt, 300g of clear soup, 10g of wet starch, 5g of chicken oil and 250g of peanut oil (about 15g).

practice

1. Put Nostoc flagelliforme and yellow flower into two bowls respectively, pour them into warm water for 20 minutes respectively, and then put them into water for washing. Cut off the root and tip of the yellow flower.

2. Sit in a frying pan, pour peanut oil into it, and heat it to 70% of the heat. Put it in the hairdressing, fry it a little and take it out. Control the oil and wash it in a hot water basin.

3. Pour 150 grams of clear soup into the pot, add a little cooking wine and salt, respectively, put in Nostoc flagelliforme and yellow flower, simmer on the low heat for 5 minutes, and take out. Salad

Ingredients: seaweed, cucumber, carrot, salt, vinegar, sesame oil, seafood soy sauce
