Stir fried sausage with mung bean sprouts

Ingredients: 8 pieces of Western enema, 6 pieces of mung bean sprouts, a few pieces of scallion and garlic, 5g of dried chili shreds, garlic vinegar juice (mashed garlic, vinegar mixed with delicious vinegar), 1 spoon of soy sauce, 3G of salt, 1g of monosodium glutamate

Practice:

1. Rinse the enema once and cut into thin strips with controlled dry water. Pour in the oil (lard is better) in the hot pot, and stir fry the onion and garlic slices with shredded pepper.

2. Stir fry the bean sprouts until they are broken, pour in a little pepper water and put the enema together and stir fry.

3. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt. Continue to stir fry and cook into the garlic vinegar juice, pour the sesame oil out of the pot.

Stir fried mung bean sprouts

Ingredients: 400g green bean sprout, 25g shrimp, 10g coriander, 30g salad oil, 4G salt, 2G monosodium glutamate, 5g green onion, 5g ginger and 8g sesame oil

Bean sprouts in cold sauce

Ingredients: mung bean sprouts, salt, onion, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, put together into a bowl and mix well.

Practice:

1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices with a straight knife, and then cut it into filaments. A little parsley, cut into sections.

2. Heat two Jin of mung bean sprouts in boiling water until they are cut off and fished out. Drain and cool.
